Rendering Studio of Rawlinsrenders,the owner is Rawlins who graduated on 2007. At that time, architectural rendering is heavy demanded. Rawlins has worked with lots of architectural rendering companies, but very few of them can achieve his requirements. Rawlins as an architect designer, has great sence of Aesthetic, he decided to learn realistic rendering in 3ds max vray,finally he successed.

After years of experience producing 3d visualisation, Rawlins not only know how to create high quality realistic rendering in 3ds max vray, but also know how to better communicate with client to highly present their ideas.
Rawlins has get together a rendering firm of professionals cgi artist to provide architect clients reliable 3d visualization services.

What type of 3d visualisation do we provide?

We supply both 3d renderings and animation services. We model and render not only architecture but also products, include cars, furniture, industrial products. If you require renderings for other products please contact us via email or WhatsApp, we shall reply you with soutions within 24 hours.

How can we place an order?

You can send your project information and numbers of rendering to our email: info@RawlinsRenders.com, we will tell you the cost and make you proforma invoice.
After receiving the payment, we will start working for you.

what files do you require to do photorealistic visualisation

We only require simple files to start your renderings: Plan and elevation drawings (CAD files would be ideal), material board, landscaping plan. And reference images if you have.

What is the process to work with you?

Does your rendering studio offer rush orders?

Yes if you need rush renderings in 1-2 days, we can do for you. What you need to do is to give us fast feedbacks to make things moving fast.

What information do you need to started my rendering?

We would need deposit and plan&elevation files to start your project.
The plan and elevation drawing can be in DWG, PDF, JPEG format.

I have a home that is 2000 Sq Ft. How much do you charge?

Our 3d artists have experience and high skill to do residential 3d rendering. Therefore the price is very good, usd250/view. Our price is not base on the size of the house. We try to make things transparent and simple, will not make complicating pricing.

What files should of I submit?

We can open almost all of the file types, but the most files client send to us is DWG files, PDF files and JPEG files.

What is the Turnaround Time of a rendering?

Normally our turn around time for most realistic renders is 5-7 days. It also depends on how long the clients send feedbacks to us. Because during the process our artists will make adjustment according to clients’ feedbacks.

Can I be given a test before making payment?

We welcome you start a test project with us, the cost for test project is 80% of the rendering price. You can also check our rendering samples in our portfolio page.

What are the payment options?

We accept payment by TT bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union. If you prefer other payment term please suggest.
After you have confirmed the order we will send an invoice to you with payment details, so that you can do payment.

How will I receive the files

We will send most of the files via email. If the files are large, we will send via wetransfer, drive.google, dropbox and other file transfer website.

What is the resolution/pixel size of the renderings?

We provice best resolution for 3d rendering at 4500-5000 Pixel. If you need larger resolution for advertisement or print please let us know, we will render for you.

What if I am not happy with my rendering?

Please tell us what is your opinions about the rendering, We will find it out and work together with you to make the renderings what you want.

What if revisions are needed? Is there a cost?

Below is our working process, during each stage clients have 2 rounds of free revisions. If you require large area of revisions, we can talk about the fee.
